Maduro wishes Trump a 'prompt and effective recovery' from COVID-19

Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro on Sunday wished U.S. President Donald Trump a "prompt and effective recovery" from COVID-19 in a televised address to the nation.

Maduro said Trump "sadly underestimated all precautionary measures" regarding the virus, adding that Venezuela expresses its "human solidarity" with Trump since "no human being should get infected."
