Twenty-three-year-old Janre Yeshe comes from a family of herdsmen in Lhasa City's Damshung County in Tibet Autonomous Region. She was one of 28 Tibetans who succeeded in achieving their dream of being among the first Tibetan pilots to obtain a license. "I feel a sense of accomplishment when I take tourists to see Lhasa from the air," she says.
