E China's Qingdao reports 3 asymptomatic cases of COVID-19

Three new asymptomatic cases of COVID-19 were reported in Qingdao City, east China's Shandong Province, the municipal health commission said on Sunday.

The three cases, a man and a couple, are reportedly related to a local hospital which takes in COVID-19 patients from overseas, the commission said.

Of the cases, one is a woman who works at the hospital, and a second is her huasband as an associated case, who works as a taxi driver. The third one is a man and an outpatient, who visited the hospital for medical treatment, the commission said.

An investigation is underway to identify the source of the coronavirus.
