Chinese President Xi Jinping on Monday inspected Chaozhou City, south China's Guangdong Province.

During his trip, President Xi inspected local work on protecting and restoring cultural relics and the inheritance of intangible cultural heritage.

He also visited a company to learn about its production and operation, as well as the company's efforts in self-dependent innovation.
