A mother to the children and a daughter to the elderly, Fang Qian moved to Hetoushang Village of Xinfang Township, southwest China's Guizhou Province in October 2017. She believes while some things can be taken care of with money, "some can only be handled with heart." That's the principle she has followed in the last three years of her poverty alleviation work.
