A large group of people was seen chanting and dancing in front of a police car on Tuesday night ahead of a new round of lockdowns in the UK. The UK recorded 19,724 new COVID-19 cases on October 14 and Liverpool has been put on the highest alert under England's new tiered system of COVID-19 restrictions. Authorities in Liverpool said hospital services were already heavily stressed by virus patients and decried pictures of people filling the streets as bars closed ahead of the lockdown.
