Inspired by James Bond's sea-diving Lotus Esprit in the 1977 Bond film "The Spy Who Loved Me," VICTA can switch its domains rapidly between on and under the water. /CFP

It is equipped with advantages of both speedboats and professional submarines and can also navigate along the sea floor enabled by obstacle avoidance sonar technology. /CFP
