Russia's daily COVID-19 cases hit record high of 16,319
Russia reported a record high 16,319 new cases of COVID-19 on Tuesday, including 4,999 in capital Moscow, taking the national tally to 1,431,635.
Authorities reported 269 deaths in the last 24 hours, taking Russia's official death toll to 24,635.
