At least 15 people seeking visas to enter Pakistan were trampled to death in a stampede in Jalalabad, Afghanistan on Wednesday. Thousands of Afghans had gathered to apply for Pakistan visa. The Pakistani Consulate in Nangarhar was closed for almost eight months due to COVID-19.
