Five years ago, Zheng Li, 56, and his mother, Ju Shuqing, 82, started to play ping-pong using rolling pins. Zheng began teaching her mother all sorts of games after she started complaining about aching legs and shoulders about 20 years ago. The games have helped relieve her pain and strengthen her body.
