Violent protests broke out across Italy on Monday over new restrictions to curb the country's second wave of COVID-19 infections. The new measures force restaurants and bars to shut by 6 p.m., closing down gyms, theaters and cinemas. COVID-19 infections in Italy spiked over the weekend with over 20,000 new cases on Sunday and 128 new deaths.
