Lebanon and Israel are holding another round of talks on their disputed maritime border off the Mediterranean coast. Both countries are still technically at war. But earlier this month, they held unprecedented negotiations, mediated by the UN and the U.S. Talks will reportedly last for two days and tackle solutions to offshore energy exploration in the disputed area.
