Incredible 'two suns' phenomenon spotted over N China city

A stunning "sun dog" phenomenon was observed in Shijiazhuang City, north China's Hebei Province. Footage captured by eyewitnesses shows two glowing spots, called "phantom suns" to the east and west of the city.
The rare optical illusion happens when the sunlight is reflected by ice crystals in the air.
