France in mourning after three killed in Nice church terrorist attack

People gather outside the Notre-Dame basilica in the southern French city of Nice following the deadly stabbing on Thursday, which left three people killed.

French President Emmanuel Macron described the stabbing as an "Islamist terrorist attack", and the government has placed its terror alert at maximum. France's anti-terror prosecutor Jean-Francois Ricard said the attacker, identified as Brahim Aouissaoui by a 21-year-old Tunisian, arrived in France on October 9.
