Biden, Trump both predict victory as counting underway

"We believe we're on track to win the election," said Democrat Joe Biden while addressing his supporters in Delaware in the wee hours of Wednesday, as the counting is still underway. 

The U.S. election will not be over until every ballot is counted, Biden said.   

Incumbent President Donald Trump announced on Twitter that he would be making a statement tonight.

"We are up BIG, but they are trying to STEAL the Election," Trump wrote on Twitter moments after Biden told supporters he expected to win.
