Trump, Biden divide on vote counting as Georgia result coming soon

Georgia's Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger said that fewer than 25,000 votes remained to be counted across the state – and promised that the count would be completed this morning.

"We should be done no later than noontime today," Raffensperger said in a televised interview Thursday morning.

According to AP projection, Georgia is among the five U.S. states that are counting votes, and Trump currently leads by 0.4 points.

Georgia has 16 electoral votes. If taken, it will put Trump on 230 in the race for the White House.

On Thursday morning, the two presidential candidates divided on vote counting, with Biden tweeted, "Every vote must be counted." Trump, whereas, called for a stop. "STOP THE COUNT!"
