At the ongoing China International Import Expo (CIIE) in Shanghai, GLP, a global investor in logistics and real estate, said they were hopeful about the role cutting-edge technologies, like the Internet of Things (IoT) and artificial intelligence (AI), can play in assuring consumers on food safety issues.
