Li Keqiang attends annual summits on East Asian cooperation
The 23rd ASEAN-China Summit is being held via video conference due to COVID-19 travel restrictions. Chinese Premier Li Keqiang is attending the conference. The summit continues to focus on trade across borders, and plans to create a regional center on public health emergencies. Founded in 1967, ASEAN is a platform for leaders from across Southeast Asia to discuss cooperation and partnership. The summit runs through Sunday.
