Samples taken from imported frozen food and its outer packaging have tested positive for the novel coronavirus in Jinan, capital city of east China's Shandong Province, the local health commission said on Saturday.

The frozen products were stored at a cold storage unit in a logistics park, the commission said.

The relevant products have been sealed off and nucleic acid testing has been conducted on people who may have had close contact, according to local authorities.
