Leaders in the Asia-Pacific region have just signed the world's largest free trade deal. The Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership, or RCEP, includes 10 countries in south-east Asia, as well as China, Australia, New Zealand, Japan and South Korea. The deal covers about one third of the global population and GDP. It aims to cut up to 90 percent of the tariffs on imports between its signatories over the coming years.
