Located in Wuhan City, Hubei Province, standing atop the Snake Mountain, the Yellow Crane Tower is a National 5A Scenic Spot. Prominent literati of past dynasties wrote poetic masterpieces about the tower in ancient times, making it well-known ever since. It is ranked as one of "the three famous towers in the areas south of the lower reaches of the Yangtze River."
