Recently, Chongqing Municipality, located in the Sichuan Basin of southwestern China, embraced a colorful early winter, as leaves shed their green for hues of red, yellow and orange, ushering in one of its most beautiful time of the year.

Chongqing is known as the "city of mountains," as it's built on the hillside. Flourishing in vegetation, it is also famous for different kinds of forests. Every autumn and winter, the colorful forests attract streams of tourists.
