Chinese President Xi Jinping delivered a keynote speech at the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) CEO Dialogues on Thursday via video link in Beijing. Xi said China will foster a new development paradigm with domestic circulation as the mainstay and domestic and international circulations reinforcing each other, and with the new development paradigm, China will be able to unlock its market potential and create greater and diversified demand for other countries.
