A sanctuary in Mexico has been taking in monkeys and other animals rescued from the circus or natural disasters.

Workers at Akumal Monkey Sanctuary and Rescued Animals in southeast Mexico's city of Cancun have rescued more than 200 animals of 55 different species.

These animals will be introduced into a rehabilitation program before being released into their wildlife habitat.
