An elderly Chinese man escaped serious injuries after being run over by a truck.

The dramatic CCTV video, shot in the city of Ningbo in Zhejiang Province on November 15, shows a green truck knocking over an old man after he crossed the street during a red light.

According to reports, the man suddenly crossed the street but the truck was already moving as the driver did not see the man.

Fortunately, he only fractured his toes. The case is under investigation.
