On Monday, the Runan County of Zhumadian City, in central China's Henan Province, saw the first snow of this winter. A flock of whooper swans that migrated to the Suya Lake for winter swam gracefully in the snow, creating a scenery only seen in traditional Chinese ink paintings.

Suya Lake is one of the biggest artificial lakes on the plain in Asia. Because of the flourishing environment, the lake attracts numerous migratory birds like the whooper swans every year.
