CGTN Sports Talk host Hu Zhicheng is joined by senior sports editor Josh McNally to reflect upon Diego Maradona's sudden death, which has brought an outpouring of mourning and tears from all corners of the globe.

Maradona was what we thought about when we thought about football, and he has turned a game into a form of art. There's hardly a player who divides opinion like the Argentine great, and he had left too big of a legacy to be forgotten.

The boy from the slums of Argentina who grew up to be the world's ultimate flawed genius has gone to play football in heaven.
