NW China's Urumqi airport activates top level blind landing procedure

The Urumqi Diwopu International Airport initiated level-III blind landing procedure for inbound flights on Monday due to freezing fog, the highest in civil aviation. It was the first time the airport formally operated a top-level blind landing.
