China to keep enhancing intl. cooperation in space exploration: MOFA

China will continue enhancing international cooperation with an open and inclusive attitude to advance space exploration, said Hua Chunying, spokesperson for China's Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) on Wednesday at a press conference.

China's recent Chang'e-5 lunar mission has drawn attention of the international community. Multiple space agencies and corporations, including the European Space Agency and Roscosmos, have extended congratulations on the Chang'e-5 probe's successful landing on the moon.

Hua expressed gratitude to the international community during the press conference, adding that the mission is an important step for China in space exploration.

"It's also a historic step of international cooperation and the peaceful use of outer space," she said.
