China's Hong Kong Special Administrative Region reported 103 new COVID-19 cases on Wednesday, higher than Tuesday's 82, according to the Center for Health Protection (CHP). 

One more death was also recorded, raising the city's death toll to 109.  

Among the new cases, 97 are local transmissions with 13 linked to a dance venue cluster, the CHP said.
