Guan Jianjun is the leader of Zhanqian Village, Gaojialing Town, east China's Jiangxi Province. He says poverty alleviation is his mission. This is the third time Guan is serving at the grassroots level. His son joined at the beginning of 2020 because schools were closed due to COVID-19.
