Hong Kong reports 90 new COVID-19 cases

China's Hong Kong Special Administrative Region reported 90 new COVID-19 cases on Thursday, lower than Wednesday's 103, according to the Center for Health Protection (CHP).
Among the new cases, 21 are linked to a dance venue cluster, the CHP said.
