A two-day annual meeting of ASEAN defense ministers is underway in Vietnam, and its eight dialogue partners, including China, U.S. and Russia, are also part of the talks. ASEAN members adopted a joint statement at the meeting and CGTN correspondent Rian Maelzer has more.
