In the United States, the first vaccination for the coronavirus could be just around the corner. A panel of outside advisers to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration has voted to endorse the Pfizer-BioNTech coronavirus vaccine's emergency use, paving the way to final FDA authorization for the shot in the U.S.
