Many multinational businesses that operate in both China and the United States are caught in the crossfire as the world's two largest economies wrestle it out in a U.S-initiated trade war. We spoke with Peter Lu, a partner at law firm Baker McKenzie. He specializes in mergers and acquisitions. He told CGTN's Yang Shanshan about challenges these companies are facing, and how they can better deal with them.
