A total solar eclipse is visible over parts of Chile and Argentina in South America. According to the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) of the United States, the event is one of the only two solar eclipses in 2020 and the only total eclipse of the year, in which the Moon completely covers the Sun. Join CGTN to observe this rare celestial event in development through the telescopes in Chile.
