After several days in orbit, the Chang'e-5 return module is on track to re-enter Earth's atmosphere. Slowing the craft down to ensure a safe return won't be easy. With the need to protect the lunar samples inside the return module, Chinese engineers have made some technical adjustments to ensure a successful and safe landing in Siziwang Banner of north China's Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. CGTN's Wu Lei explains what needs to happen for a successful end to this mission.
