A dog named Hazel was reunited with her owner after she was rescued from seafoam off Australia's Gold Coast. Strong winds and extreme weather brought thick seafoam to the area on December 14. Professor Jodie Rummer of James Cook University says seafoam comes from degrading organic matter in the oceans and poses no harm to humans.
