Heilongjiang Provincial Health Commission reported a new COVID-19 asymptomatic case involving a young kindergarten teacher in the border port of Suifenhe. 

On Wednesday's announcement, local authorities said the 24-year-old female is a close contact of a previous confirmed local case. She tested positive on Tuesday during group quarantine and has been isolated for medical observation.
