Health officials in Alaska reported on December 16 that a healthcare worker had a severe allergic reaction to Pfizer's COVID-19 vaccine within 10 minutes of receiving a shot. The person who received the shot is said to be in stable condition. The U.S. Food and Drug Administration is working with Pfizer and the CDC to better understand what happened.
