Photographer Karen Miller, 49, was walking through the Cairngorms in the Scottish Highlands when she spotted this very confident hare that ended up pulling some hilarious faces at the camera. 

In 2017, the population of mountain hares in Scotland dropped dramatically to less than 1 percent of the population recorded more than 60 years ago.
