Authorities in Dalian City of northeast China's Liaoning Province completed genome sequencing on asymptomatic infections and food packaging specimens, and the results showed that the transmission source was from abroad.

The city has reported a total of six asymptomatic cases from December 15 to 17, all of whom are in stable condition.
