At the foot of Dadingzi Mountain, not far from the meandering Ussuri River, sits Xiaonanhe Village of Raohe County, northeast China's Heilongjiang Province. It was in the first batch of national key villages for rural tourism in 2019. Leng Juzhen has served as first Party secretary of the village for nearly five years. Thanks to the joint efforts of Leng and the villagers, all poverty-stricken households here shook off poverty in 2018. From 2016 to 2019, the total revenue from tourism and agricultural produce surpassed 4 million yuan (about $582,800).
