Andy Shen Liu is a young countertenor. Born in 2000, he is full of energy, and it seems nothing can stop him from trying new things. At the age of 15, he sent tapes of himself singing to Broadway and was invited to an interview with Academy Award-nominated director Julie Taymor. Though he didn't get the role, the experience was important for him, as it meant recognition as a singer and actor.
