China's Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR) on Monday reported 63 new confirmed COVID-19 cases, including 53 locally-transmitted infections, the Centre for Health Protection (CHP) said on Tuesday.
The origin of 13 cases remains unknown, the CHP official added.
As of Monday, Hong Kong have registered a total of 8,300 cases.
Meanwhile, an 86-year-old male patient passed away on Tuesday at Queen Elizabeth Hospital, taking the city's death toll to 128.
