Trump rejects COVID-19 relief bill, asks Congress to amend it

U.S. President Donald Trump made an announcement on Twitter that he would not sign the COVID-19 relief bill on December 22. Trump said that the bill should be reworked in order to give each American a $2,000 check instead of the $600 that was negotiated before.
