The city of Shenzhen in south China's Guangdong Province reported one asymptomatic case of COVID-19 on Sunday, local authorities said.

The 27-year-old patient, surnamed Wang, was on business trips in Beijing from December 7-12 and December 21-25. He tested positive on Sunday morning.

A total of 57 close contacts of Wang have been traced and will start medical observation.
