Three communities in Shenyang City, northeast China's Liaoning Province have upgraded their COVID-19 risk level to medium and taken corresponding control measures, local authorities said on Monday.

The city reported on Saturday three new locally transmitted cases related to one case from overseas. The case's all close contacts have tested negative for COVID-19, but remain in quarantine.
