2020 has been a tough year for businesses – small and medium-sized enterprises in particular. The catering industry, for example, suffers when consumers are reluctant to dine out. And many restaurants, as a result, were forced to shut down. CGTN's Xu Mengqi talks to one restaurant owner in Shanghai, who shares with us his year of ups and downs.
