China's Heilongjiang reports 1 new COVID-19 case

One new locally-transmitted confirmed COVID-19 case and one asymptomatic case were reported in Heihe City, northeast China's Heilongjiang Province, authorities said on Tuesday.

The patients include a 73-year-old woman surnamed Zhang and her grandchild, who lives with her and is asymptomatic.
